At YOLVARI, your satisfaction is important to us. If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we offer returns on eligible items within 14 days of delivery.
Returns & Eligibility
- Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging to be eligible for return.
- Returns must be initiated within 14 days of delivery.
- Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is defective or incorrect.
Damaged or Defective Items
If you receive an item that is damaged or has a manufacturer defect, please contact us within 14 days of delivery. We’ll gladly replace the item or issue a refund. Proof of defect (photo or video) may be required.
Non-Returnable Items
Due to the nature of health and skincare products, we do not accept returns on any items that have been opened or used. Clearance or final sale items are also non-returnable.
How to Start a Return
To request a return, email us at info@yolvari.com with your order number and reason for return. We’ll respond within 1–2 business days with instructions.
Once your return is approved and received, we’ll process your refund to the original payment method within 5–7 business days.
